I normally run Einstein@Home but while waiting on those tasks I run other BOINC Projects. I have a minor in math so this one sounded interesting.

I find it very interesting, and not just because I did my dissertation in this field. This research has connections to non-Abelian class field theory and also automorphic forms; as well as some remote connections to string theory.

One of my goals is to create a page on this site which highlights these interesting connections and describes it in simple enough terms that most people can comprehend the basic concepts.

Well after an long break I´m now back again and processing a few wu´s.
As I stated in my progress thread, I´m now an researcher at CRUS/srbase project. This is very time and resources consuming (running 6 dedicated servers)...
Anyway, I´m back for now.

I´m still focusing on primes. The finding from my mega-prime 4 · 797^468702+1 (http://primes.utm.edu/primes/page.php?id=122954) was an unbelievable feeling. :)

Wow. I see a lot of people from other projects. Hello from Bucharest, Romania. Just managed to make Boinc working again on my Mac so my GPU/CPU started giving some love back.
