That does sound like a problem. I do know that the WUs for the new batch should take longer, so the credits should be higher. I might have inverted the scale factor.

I am currently on vacation, so I won't be able to fix this until I return in 2 days.
Hope you've had a good break, looking forward to your return- RAC has been in freefall for the last few days.

I'm not sure exactly what happened with the credit scale factor, but it was definitely way off. I have fixed the credit for all "ready to send" WUs as well as the future WUs for 16x10.

I could change the credit on the already processed WUs but that will not fix the total credit of the users. I am not sure how to get those lost credits back other than writing an elaborate script which doesn't sound fun at the moment. So I apologize for that.

I wouldn't worry about overall credit as long as it is fixed going forward as you mentioned.

Yep.
I'm not overly fussed about the Tasks that have already been done with the lower Credit, just glad it's been sorted and all new Tasks are resulting in a more appropriate level of Credit.

Actually, in a league of your own.
A great example for all the other projects IMHO.

Thank you to both of you. I didn't realize other projects were unresponsive. Anyways, I've always felt it's the least I could do for the volunteers, since you guys are the ones doing the heavy lifting.

I couldn't agree more with what they said : there are so many zombie / half-dead boinc projects around, it's rare to have such level of attentiveness and efficiency.

Agreed, I can't contribute to this project any more but I still follow it because it was the only one I kind of got "invested" in because of the threads that would explain the research and the actual activity that happens on these boards. I also learned some things about GPU computation that i ended up applying to my own project while studying my masters degree
