Cannot change Numberfield Settings
(Message 1880)
Posted 29 Apr 2017 by Odicin Post: Thanks for the information. Curiously, the boinc manager decide to get only work from this app, not for the other one. But after some reconnects and adding some more resources I finally got work from the "Get Decic Fields" app. So it seems, it was a problem with boinc mgr. Regards Odi |

Cannot change Numberfield Settings
(Message 1876)
Posted 28 Apr 2017 by Odicin Post: Hi, I can't change my settings in the numerfield@home settings. In the past (before the boinc server update), I changed my setting to do only work with the App "Get Decics with Bounded Discriminant" and do not accept work from other apps. With the new version, I can't change that setting back, I have only the option "Use CPU", "Contact with E-Mail" "Show Computers on website". So i can't get new work, because no work for this app is available. Any ideas how to change? Regards Odi |

Badges are here
(Message 681)
Posted 7 Jul 2012 by Odicin Post: Eric, why only a badge for the overall credit? I think it's more useful for the different subprojects/applications. But it could a problem that nowhere the creds for the different application is stored, or? Regards Odi |

checkpointing?
(Message 73)
Posted 29 Aug 2011 by Odicin Post: Yes, I think the checkpoints are too distant. At one of my newer hosts I need up to an hour to reach the next checkpoint. It's not necessary to have a checkpoint every minute or so, but It would be fine to have one every 15 Minutes. Regards Odi |
