Work units are running for over 3 hours on my machine but when I look at your web site is says 10 seconds or less ?? This is one on my machines

Where does it say 10 sec or less?

There are pockets of fast WUs in every batch which can be <10sec, but the majority of WUs should be much slower. Over 3 hours is not uncommon (I've even seen as high as 6 hours before).

Your links look normal to me.
