project says it is running but does not transmit data back to Home

I've been running Number Fields for several months now and have had no problems sending or receiving data, up to now. I now have three tasks running, but they do not show any "Remaining" time, and one has 20 hours of "elapsed" time with a percentage complete of 37%. I have tried resetting everything and nothing works. I hate to Abort these, because my newer projects are doing the same thing, because the Project could use the data crunching, and because the new tasks may wind up doing the same thing. Sorry for not responding sooner, I am just now seeing this. I'm not sure what the problem is. We were in the process of upgrading the apps at about the time when you asked this, so maybe it's related to the new apps. It's been over 2 weeks now. Let us know if you are still having problems.
